My navy bean recipe

1lb bag Goya Navy Beans
Smoked Turkey Neck
2 Chicken cubes
1 diced carrot
1 medium onion chopped
Red pepper flakes to your taste ( I like the heat) optional
Water

Combine all ingredients with enough water to cover about 4 inches above everything in pot.
I use alot of smoked turkey necks, and I usually chop them into smaller pieces.
I use at least 8 - 10 necks.
They are awesome when they fall off the bone and give you some meat in your soup.
Cook on medium heat till beans are tender.
Taste occasionally and add more seasoning to your taste.
